E-2 effectively reduces bacteria flora on the skin without the need for a prewash.  It also contains PCMX and deep cleaning surfactants without perfume or contaminants to affect food products.  E-2 is a sanitizing Food Handling Soap for use by anyone prior to handling food or food processing equipment.
