Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to any public street address in the 48 continental states. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. In rare cases where the delivery company is not able to complete a delivery due to accessibility, we will attempt to notify you and help arrange for you to pick up the order at the carrier's nearest terminal. Orders may be held for reasons including, but not limited to, inaccessible destination address, incorrect contact information or an insufficient address. You will be responsible for any storage costs, re-delivery charges or other fees that may result from holding the order at the terminal.

Each order may only have one "ship to" address. If you require multiple "ship to" addresses, please order separately for each address. Minimum order and freight policies will apply to each order.

Shipping Locations

Stock orders ship from our distribution centers located in Pennsylvania. Shipping charges will be calculated on an individual basis when the order is processed.

International Shipping

At this time, we are unable to ship online orders internationally. If you have a freight forwarder, we can assist you with shipping to that address. Please contact Customer Service to check availability for these arrangements.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders to both commercial and residential addresses. Commercial addresses are defined as business addresses situated on commercially zoned real estate, as determined by the freight carrier. Businesses operated from a house, apartment or other dwelling are not considered commercial addresses and will be charged any applicable residential delivery fees.

Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be quoted when we process your order. Please note that shipping costs may also depend on the terms of your account.

Free Shipping from our Warehouses

Under certain conditions you may qualify for free shipping on select products. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will assume standard ground delivery charges.

Note: Expedited shipping, lift-gate charges, or other additional services are not included in the free shipping program. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.

Special Note on Common Carrier Deliveries

LTL Common Carrier delivery requires a signature at the time of delivery. It is the signee's responsibility to inspect the merchandise being delivered for damage or shortage. By signing for a shipment without notice of damage or shortage, you are accepting the product in good condition. Once the driver leaves with your signature, your ability to claim damage or shortage against the carrier is significantly reduced. Most, if not all, claims against a carrier are denied if they have a free and clear delivery signature.

It is also the responsibility of the Customer to have adequate help and any necessary equipment to receive product from the delivery vehicle.

Damage Cancellation

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

We make every effort to correctly fill and securely pack each order. If your products arrive damaged, or if you receive an incomplete or incorrect shipment, make a notation on the Bill of Lading and/or with the driver at time of delivery. We are not responsible for damaged items that are accepted and signed for at time of delivery without notation.

A 30-day return policy is available for select products. Please contact us for the return policies of specific items.

Incorrect shipments must be reported within 10 days of arrival, and the incorrect items must be returned within 30 days. The correct product will be shipped immediately upon receiving your shipping error report. Picture verification will be required to confirm the shipping error.

In the case of a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Provide a photo and description of the issue, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Cancelling an Order

If an order needs to be cancelled, please call Customer Service at (800) 626-7835 during business hours (7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST). If the order has not been processed, we will proceed with cancellation and refund. Orders cannot be cancelled after you have received your shipment confirmation.

If an order is refused at time of delivery, or is shipped in good faith but returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, round trip shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
