Disinfectants

Disinfectants are used to rapidly kill bacteria and viruses. All require dwell-time where the disinfectant really has the chance to kill the bacteria. If it's wiped off immediately after spraying, it sanitizes the surface but some of the contaminants still remain on that surface.
