Power House High Foaming Degreaser, 1 gal - 4/CS

This product is designed to penetrate, lift and dissolve heavily encrusted soils on hard surfaces and for the removal of fats, greases, protein-based soils, food residues and blood from all vertical and horizontal surfaces. It is especially useful in all food processing areas. Its high foaming properties allow it to cling to all surfaces, providing excellent emulsification. May be used on equipment, walls, tables, and floors. This formula is non-flammable, non-toxic and free-rinsing. May also be used in a variety of non-food related cleaning operations for heavy degreasing where high detergency and foaming are desired in cleaning applications.

Directions

All Purpose Degreasing:

Dilute product using 2 – 6 oz. per gallon of hot water depending on soil load. Apply product by spray, mop, sponge, cloth or auto-scrubber to surfaces to be cleaned. If necessary, agitate to help remove excessive soils. Wipe dry with clean cloth or rinse thoroughly with hot water after use.

Spray Application:

PREPARATION: Remove or cover all food products in the area to be cleaned. Remove all heavy soil from surfaces and equipment. Pre-rinse the area using hot water applied by hose nozzle or high-pressure sprayer. Make up an undiluted solution in a plastic bottle and attach to a foam generator nozzle. Connect to a hot water hose using normal water pressure and dilute product according to guidelines below:
GRILLS, GRATES, VENT HOODS AND OTHER CAKED ON SOILS: 2.5:1
HEAVY SOILED AREAS: 16:1
GENERAL EQUIPMENT CLEANING: 32:1
LIGHTLY SOILED AREAS: 64:1

Apply liberal amounts of foam to all surfaces to be cleaned and allow product to dwell for 5 – 10 minutes. (Do not allow foam to dry.) Rinse thoroughly with hot water, using either a high-pressure washer or hose. Allow all surfaces to air dry.

Soak Cleaning:

To soak clean filters, utensils, equipment- dilute product using 6 – 8 oz. per each gallon of water. Soak. Use brush or sponge as necessary. Rinse thoroughly.
